Delivery Attempts: The rules of UPS apply that shipping is the sole responsibility for the customer to provide a viable shipping address. Fábula or UPS is not responsible for the item if UPS has to make multiple attempts at delivery. There are also no refunds on returned items from UPS. This is strictly enforced if several attempts are made at delivery and the recipient isn’t available to sign for the package and the package is returned, as long as there was no error on Fábula’s part, then the customer assumes sole liability.
Domestic Delivery Time (Standard Shipping): Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-7 business days. Orders shipped to the Eastern U.S. generally take 2-5 business days. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Fábula is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the forces of nature and events beyond our control.
Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive notification.

International Orders: International orders are subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Additional taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.
